Many of our clients possess the capabilities and capacities to successfully implement contracts on behalf of the United States government in areas such as defense, foreign assistance and development aid, and technological services. They may, however, lack the in-house expertise to to successfully win such contracts and meet the government's administrative requirements for implementation.  Our Global Public Sector practice supports clients at every stage of the contracting process from the Request for Proposal to the final closeout of a successfully implemented contracts. Our competencies, built through decades of experience with the contracting process, include proposal writing and management, human-resources and personnel management across national borders, compliance and financial administration, and the subcontracting process.  We also believe strongly that telling the story of your organization's success in the implementation of a contract is an indispensable -- albeit often overlooked -- part of the process, as it both builds your organizational brand generally and maximizes  your chances of winning future contract work.  Our expertise comes from our professionals having lived and worked with the contracts process both in the United States and overseas at project sites.
